Scope of Work

  • Erect a temporary secure heated facility to store the high voltage cable
  • Install new 25 KV cables from the manhole at Terwillegar Park, through the vertical access shaft, under the North Saskatchewan river to the verticle  access shaft at E. L. Smith Water Treatment Plant
  • Pull 25 KV cable from E. L. Smith vertical access shaft to main switch gear in E. L. Smith Water Treatment Plant
  • Remove old primary feeders from duct system between E.L. Smith and Terwillegar Park
  • Perform as general contractor, working directly for EPCOR
